Showing and Hiding Toolbars in Microsoft Word

For some reason, toolbars sometimes disappear from Microsoft Word. If this happens to you, there are a couple of ways to get it back:

Method 1: Go to the View menu and select the Toolbars option, then select the toolbar that you want to appear.

Method 2: Go to the top of the screen and right-click near the area where you see the File, Edit, View, etc. menus; a shortcut menu containing the available toolbars will appear. Scroll down and left-click on the desired toolbar.

Side Note: Two of the toolbars that are used most often and contain frequently used items are the Standard toolbar and the Formatting toolbar. The Standard toolbar contains buttons for creating new documents, opening files and saving documents, to name a few functions. The Formatting toolbar contains frequently used formatting options, such as bold, underline, font and type selection, etc.
